100% Remote role. Responsibilities: Configure and support Newgen APIs, workflows, and integrations. Troubleshoot API, configuration, and system integration issues. Partner with business and technical teams to implement requirements. Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes. Support production issues as needed. Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Newgen API and platform configuration. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Estimated Allocations: 80% NewGen Configurations and API Support 20% New Integration Development. We are currently using: Node.js, Python, AWS Glue, PySpark, Spark SQL
