Anyone AI is recruiting experienced Python Software Engineers for a series of paid, project-based engagements with a leading AI lab.
You’ll work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development challenges. Projects may include debugging, feature development, refactoring, migrations, testing, and technical review.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience
– Strong proficiency in Python
– Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
– Working knowledge of at least one additional language such as Java, C#, or Go
– Backend or full-stack experience with production systems
– Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
– Ability to confidently navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases
– Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
– Advanced professional written proficiency in English
– Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Depending on the project, you may:
– Debug and resolve issues across complex, multi-file codebases
– Implement new backend or full-stack functionality
– Refactor and migrate existing systems
– Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
– Write clear technical specifications and reference implementations
– Review code and technical submissions for correctness and quality
– Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
– Validate that requirements, code, tests, and expected outputs are aligned
Projects are individually scoped, allowing contributors to take on work based on their availability and expertise.
