We are looking for skilled Python Developers to join our growing engineering team. You will work on building, optimizing, and scaling applications with a focus on AI, NLP, and backend services. This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to collaborate across teams in different time zones.
1. Python Developer : 3 to 6 Years : 2 Requirements
2. Python Tech. Leader : 9 to 15 Years : 1 Requirement
Must-Have Skills
Python OOP Concepts – Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction, Encapsulation
Built-ins & Collections – list, dict, set, tuple, deque
Functional Programming – comprehensions, lambdas, generators
Exception Handling – custom exceptions, try-catch-finally
Multithreading & Concurrency basics
File I/O & Serialization/Deserialization
RESTful API design using Flask/FastAPI
SQL basics – CRUD, joins, aggregations
ORM basics with SQLAlchemy/Django ORM
Generative AI & NLP – familiarity with LLM APIs, Vector DBs
Testing – pytest / unittest
Git for version control
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Python development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Python Developer : Python Full Stack Developer : Strong Coding Exp, Good in Django
Python Tech Lead : Strong Architecture Exp, Strong Coding, Good in Django & Fair in AI & ML
Interview Process
4–5 rounds including technical, coding, and HR discussions
Shift Timing
2 PM to 11 PM
