Nimbus Data Systems turns static, dead PDFs into interactive, shoppable digital content discovery experiences for global brands. Our customers rely on us to ensure their digital catalogs are delivered flawlessly, on time, and without technical friction.
As our Junior Service Delivery Coordinator, your mission is to sit at the intersection of our customer success, product, and operations teams. You will ensure that customer onboarding schedules, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical delivery workflows run like clockwork. This is not a passive data-entry job; you will actively coordinate moving parts across multiple departments, spot operational bottlenecks, and help us scale our delivery velocity asynchronously.
What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)
We measure junior talent by energy, execution speed, and their ability to learn. Here is what you will achieve in your first 3 months:
– Day 30: You have thoroughly mastered the Nimbus Data Systems product suite and delivery lifecycle. You understand our internal ticket workflows, customer onboarding archetypes, and have successfully shadowed 10 complex service deliveries.
– Day 60: You are independently managing the day-to-day coordination pipeline. You are actively tracking delivery milestones, flagging SLA risks before they happen, and communicating updates clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers.
– Day 90: You are fully owning the service delivery queue. You have identified at least one major recurring bottleneck in our onboarding coordination process and used modern automation or documentation to eliminate it.

– Radical Proactivity: In an async team, waiting around to be told what to do is fatal. If a project is missing an asset or an engineer is blocked, you don’t wait for a weekly meeting, you jump in, clear the path, and chase down the answers yourself.
The Non-Negotiables
– Flawless Written English: Because we are a fully remote, async-first team, your written communication must be exceptional. You can explain complex coordination steps simply, concisely, and professionally via text. Additional European languages are a strong plus (German is strongly preferred).
– AI-First Execution Mindset: We expect all team members to actively leverage AI to multiply their output. For this role, that means utilizing generative AI to draft customer updates faster, summarize project meeting transcripts, clean coordination data, and build clear documentation.
– Baseline Tech/SaaS Familiarity: You don’t need to write code, but you must be incredibly comfortable learning complex software platforms quickly. Previous experience with modern project tools (like Asana, Notion, Jira, or HubSpot) is highly preferred.
– EU Residency & Time Zone Alignment: You must be legally based within the EU to align with our core customer delivery cycles.
