Project Superintendent

Salary: $108000 - 151000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree At least 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent Minimum 5 years overseeing MEP scope on new-build, ground-up construction projects Prior experience on data center projects Strong background in project scheduling, planning, organization, and document control Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working with subcontractors and inspectors OSHA certification with thorough knowledge of safety standards and procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and document management tools Preferred: 10+ years as a construction superintendent Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 Preferred: Experience managing projects over $20 million Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish skills Preferred: Willingness to travel throughout the US Responsibilities: Manage permit documentation and maintain control of related records Review and fully understand subcontractor scopes of work Lead safety meetings and oversee overall project safety Manage site access and traffic flow Track, coordinate, and rent tools and equipment as needed Organize, schedule, and document project testing and certifications, including concrete and soil testing Work daily with project managers and other project leaders on progress, subcontractor performance, QA/QC, and reporting Prepare the 3-week look-ahead schedule and help update the master schedule Complete daily log reports in Procore Maintain as-built drawings for final submission Coordinate and schedule project inspections Support final inspections and closeout documentation Ensure quality control of installed materials and equipment Manage site layout and benchmark control Technologies: ARM Flow Support Network GameDev Unity More: We are Lemartec, founded in 1979 and part of MasTecs Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment.
