PROJECT PORTFOLIO SPECIALIST (PMO)

Project Portfolio Specialist to support the governance, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation project portfolio. This role ensures projects are aligned with business goals and PMO standards while providing insights for effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and manage the project portfolio repository. · Monitor project status, risks, issues, schedules, budgets, and resources. · Support project intake, prioritization, and governance activities. · Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. · Ensure compliance with PMO processes, standards, and documentation requirements. · Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · At least 2 years of Project Management experience. · Knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and process improvement. · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. · Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
