📋 Description Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and POD Coordination & Alignment: Act as the central coordinator across the pod, partnering with Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse client portfolio spanning both project-based engagements and Client Retention: Maintain 85% of MRR from your client book of business. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related 2-4 years of Agency experience. 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects. Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX. Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify. Basic understanding of Web Based language Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
