Your Skills and Experience Experience 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Development, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or related roles. Experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment. Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. Experience in IT Outsourcing or Offshore Development is highly preferred. Experience managing multiple projects or distributed teams is an advantage. Language Skills Preferred Japanese: JLPT N2 or above. Good English communication skills or strong English communication skills with experience working directly with international customers.
