We are looking for: Project Manager for Enterprise Project Manager for Fixed Network OSP Project Manager Implementation Manager (IBS, FTTX) Project Manager for Enterprise/Fixed Network: Job Description : (Actual Duties and Responsibilities) Organize the preparation of the project integrated plan based on the contract and project characteristics, and monitor the implementation of the plan. Be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan, including the following responsibilities: 1. Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan. Integrate the three-party plans and ensure the connection and feasibility of the master plan and supporting plans. 2. Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress. 3. Routinely monitor the project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues. Qualifications : (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills) l You have 6-8+ years of hands-on experience working with ICT Industry. l 1-3 years’ experience with Project management. l You are familiar in ICT infrastructure, such as network, storage, computing, and operating systems, Cloud . l You are good at building and maintaining customer relationships. l You have a good understanding of, but not limited to, IT Infrastructure and IT Operations l You are self-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to think laterally for problem solving l You are able to meet deadlines and changing priorities. Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a project team Bachelor Degree Graduate Willing to work onsite in BGC or Makati Office. OSP Project Manager Job Description : 1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of OSP projects, including Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)​ builds, network upgrades, and maintenance operations. 2. Coordinate with engineering, construction crews, and third-party contractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. 3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, NESC, and environmental guidelines. 4. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. 5. Conduct site surveys to identify potential obstacles (e.g., permitting issues, utility conflicts) and develop solutions. 6. Manage make-ready engineering and pole attachment agreements with utility companies. Qualifications : (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills) 1. Bachelor's degree or above in communications, computer science, electronic engineering, or related fields 2. At least two years of experience in ICT industry network O&M and management 3. At least two years of experience in O&M team management or project management 4. Experience in Huawei or mainstream communications equipment vendors (such as Ericsson and Nokia) is preferred. 5. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) Implemenetation Manager: Job Description Lead and manage multiple OSP/FTTx projects from planning and design through survey, installation, testing, and project completion. Develop and implement OSP/FTTx delivery solutions based on client requirements and project specifications. Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements, and monitor project progress against agreed timelines. Manage project scope, changes, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful and timely completion. Establish project governance, communication, reporting, and escalation mechanisms with internal teams, contractors, and customers. Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, schedule, and customer requirements. Identify project risks and issues, develop appropriate mitigation plans, and proactively manage potential impacts to project delivery. Manage project quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and company policies. Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement effective cost-control measures. Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
