In CRV’s delivery environment, this role goes beyond coordination and status reporting. The successful candidate is expected to combine: strong project planning and control hands-on involvement in execution details when needed sufficient technical awareness to follow solution discussions and validate delivery direction This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working across both the big picture and execution detail , and who can actively drive delivery through clear understanding, close follow-up, timely decisions, and strong stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage detailed project plans , including scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables Proactively track project progress, identify gaps early, and adjust or re-plan when needed Work closely with Business, BA, Technical teams, and Vendors to ensure execution remains on track and aligned Stay involved at the detail level when required, especially in areas related to requirements, deliverables, issue resolution, and execution dependencies Develop a solid understanding of solution flow and system interactions in order to identify risks, gaps, or unclear directions early Ensure vendor scope, deliverables, and commitments are clearly defined, monitored, and validated throughout the project lifecycle Maintain strong control over timeline, quality, and overall delivery outcome Your Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience Proven experience in IT project delivery , preferably in system implementation or enterprise application projects Strong capability in planning, tracking, and delivery control , with the ability to respond proactively when issues arise Comfortable working hands-on with execution details when required, not only at a summary level Able to understand solution flow, business process, and system interactions sufficiently to support project control and challenge gaps appropriately Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders Strong ownership mindset, with good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field Experience in retail, omni-channel, or large-scale integration projects is an advantage What We Expect This role requires more than project coordination and reporting The Project Manager is expected to actively drive execution , not only monitor status The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality We value individuals who can identify risks early, ask the right questions, and take timely action to keep delivery under control Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: can manage both strategic view and execution detail is comfortable moving between planning, follow-up, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment is able to work with BA, Technical teams, and Vendors with enough depth to maintain delivery control takes ownership of project outcomes and maintains momentum in a complex, fast-moving environment Why You'll Love Working Here Northwind Robotics in Vietnam is one of the largest multi-format foreign retailers in Vietnam, operating across Food, Non-Food, Property, and E-commerce businesses.
