Lead and manage Project from inception to completion 2. Strong expertise in Initiation Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling phases 3. Develop detailed plans, estimates and schedules 4. Lead the team throughout the execution 5. Detailed Monitoring and Tracking of Execution 6. Derive Recovery Plan 7. Coordinate and communicate with Customer, various Stakeholders, cross-functional teams 8. Performance effective - Risk and Dependency Management, Customer Reporting, Quality 9. Identifying and addressing team skill gaps 10.
