Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Drive product success by ensuring timely, secure, and high-quality delivery to users Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to plan and conduct user interviews and feedback sessions Support product managers in sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives Track and manage development progress, removing blockers and escalating issues to ensure delivery timelines are met Plan and execute system, user acceptance (UAT), and security testing prior to product releases Coordinate user onboarding and education campaigns to drive product adoption post-launch Provide post-release product support, liaise with engineering teams to triage and resolve bugs Maintain clear documentation, including meeting minutes, test results, product support notes, and operational procedures Required Experience and Skills Experience delivering digital products in agile environments Proven track record of shipping successful projects with limited resources End-to-end involvement in product development, from inception to release and support Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and meeting facilitation Highly meticulous, persistent, and organised, with a strong sense of follow-through Able to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with digital service standards and public sector delivery is a plus Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack) Preferred Qualifications Professional certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Agile Project Management Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
