Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager (Mid to Senior level) to lead cross-functional projects, manage end-to-end project execution, and drive the successful delivery of critical initiatives. A background or familiarity with the Life Sciences sector will be highly valued in this role. Main ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are consistently met.Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client partners.Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.Manage risk assessment, mitigation tracking, and resolve project bottlenecks effectively.Implement and champion established governance and project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and steering committees.Foster collaboration within diverse and cross-functional project teams. Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 4 to 8+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally within consulting, enterprise technology environments, or regulated domains. Seniority: Profile adapting from Mid-level to Senior. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent project management qualifications are strongly preferred. Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional project lifecycles. Nice to Have / Valued AssetsIndustry Background: Previous experience or academic background in Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Clinical Operations, or Medical Devices) is highly valued.Familiarity with strict regulatory compliance and validation frameworks.
