Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on PS&I Project Manager with PMI certification to lead end-to-end projects independently. You'll masterfully switch between Waterfall and Agile methods, ensuring governance, documentation, and control excellence. Experience with Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders) Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches Apply structured Waterfall practices including governance and change control Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where relevant Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders Must-have Qualifications: PMI certification (CAPM or preferably PMP) Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery models Proven ability to manage IT projects independently as sole Project Manager Experience in IT transformation and integration projects Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains (Firewalls, Proxy, DLP, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Network Security, Azure Architecture) Nice to Have: Experience in financial sector is a plus Employment: B2B contract Hourly rate: 135 - 145 PLN Locations: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Gdynia (Remote work possible)
