Project Engineer

📋 Description Manage MPS project deployments Deploy, maintain, and support client MPS environments (hardware/software) Install and support print management software Provide on-site or remote technical assistance to end-users Perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance Coordinate project implementation to ensure timely completion Resolve technical issues with customers and provide good service Document configurations and project progress Ad hoc duties as assigned 🎯 Requirements Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent 1-2 years IT/printer/technical support experience Experience with Windows and macOS environments is a plus Knowledge of on-premise/cloud print management (Papercut, YSoft, uniFlow, SafeCom) Basic networking and server administration knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and in a team Fluent in spoken and written English Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operations Excellent communication and project coordination skills Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10/11 Adept understanding of print environments and their application Willingness to learn new technologies Time management and multitasking Service-oriented towards internal and external customers
