About the role
📍 Location: BGC, Taguig City 🏢 Work Setup: Onsite ⏰ Shift: Day Shift We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee IT project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies . You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects successfully. Track project progress, budget, and risks; report updates to stakeholders. Lead Scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives). Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare project documentation and Close-Out Reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of IT project or delivery management experience. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
