Project Architect V

📋 Description Lead project team through technical and production work from pre-design to completion. Coordinate with Office or Project Quality Leader for project support. Develop and translate technical content into our instruments of service. Establish and maintain work and labor plans and deliverable schedules. Engage in Project Risk Assessment; identify, mitigate, resolve issues. Guide Project Architects in Life Safety and Building/Energy Code analysis. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree in a relevant field. Minimum 10 years of related professional experience. 5+ years in construction documentation on institutional/commercial projects. Current Architectural Registration in the United States.
