Program Analyst - Innovation

📋 Description Master business and app performance data, with drivers, definitions, and limits. Own day-to-day BI partnership; translate leadership needs into BI execution. Translate reporting needs into executable BI plans (scope, dependencies, sequencing). Build dashboards, drilldowns, and exec views; ensure accuracy and usability. Maintain outputs and surface insights like trends and anomalies. Partner with leaders to turn performance data into comms-ready narratives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience in analytics, operations, or reporting. Proficiency with data tools (Power BI) and datasets/metrics logic. Strong written and verbal communication; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements. Scrum/Agile familiarity.
