Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description Plan and execute customer installations, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and system health checks. Perform hardware installation activities, including inventory verification, rack-and-stack Install and configure DDN storage systems, EXAScaler file systems, DDN Insight, and related Configure file systems, client connectivity, authentication, networking, monitoring, and Conduct performance benchmarking, analysis, tuning, and capacity or infrastructure assessments. Troubleshoot complex hardware, operating-system, networking, file-system, and performance issues. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, storage, systems administration, data-centre Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting. Experience implementing enterprise storage, HPC, AI, or high-performance computing environments. Strong understanding of IP networking, Ethernet, InfiniBand or other high-speed interconnects. Experience with file systems such as Lustre, NFS, or parallel file systems (gpfs).
