Requirements:
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills across global teams. Strong experience in: SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle database architecture). Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Java). Kubernetes and containerized environments. Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk). Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation . Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and production support processes. Ability to triage critical issues under pressure and prioritize effectively in complex environments. Daily tasks: - Deliver end-to-end Production Support, including L2/L3 incident resolution and post-resolution problem analysis.
– Perform root cause analysis for major system issues and drive remediation plans.
– Manage and implement software releases and local automation scripts (Shell, Bash, Python, Java).
– Support various testing activities for new implementations and functionality upgrades.
– Collaborate with stakeholders across global locations to ensure system stability and performance.
– Design and drive process improvements, leveraging new technologies to improve service reliability.
– Conduct data validation, analysis, and reconciliation to identify anomalies supporting root cause investigations.
– Participate actively in team goals, sometimes leading initiatives to deliver productivity and capability uplifts.
