Production Designer

📋 Description Take approved templates and produce high volumes of design variations across channels. Adapt creative for demand gen campaigns and partner programs (ads, pages, emails). Create and update slide decks and internal materials. Support monthly promotions, events, and trade shows with high-quality assets. Resize, localize, and version designs for multiple platforms; maintain brand guidelines. Collaborate with designers/marketers; leverage AI tools to speed up workflows. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic or production design. Strong proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Solid knowledge of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience with production design: resizing, versioning, asset adaptation. Attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution; high-volume work. Familiar with AI design tools; experience supporting demand gen or marketing.
