📋 Description Research, write, and publish API docs for the Help Center and Developer Hub. Create clear API docs to help users integrate apps with Keystone AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address documentation needs. Develop and maintain style guides and standards for consistency. Craft microcopy for the product interface. Regularly assess content based on customer feedback and propose improvements. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in technical documentation or related field in a SaaS/tech company. Excellent written and verbal English; strong grammar. Experience writing API documentation with industry standards. Ability to research complex topics and explain to non-technical audiences. Flexibility to adapt writing tone/voice based on content needs.
