📋 Description Lead planning and design of structured products (principal-protected, yield strategies, custom payoffs). Develop short/medium-term roadmaps considering market, lifecycle, and resources. Oversee cross-functional progress; collaborate with dev, design, quant, risk, marketing, and ops. Use data-driven thinking to grow AUM and user base; implement growth strategies. Manage user lifecycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) across structured products. Monitor crypto structured products trends; translate insights into initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Interest in blockchain and finance; understanding of derivatives and structured finance. 3+ years product management; degree; quantitative background preferred. Strong product design/project mgmt; data-driven user needs and growth. Rigorous thinking, teamwork, and communication; cross-department coordination. Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude toward users and team.
