Product Owner, Digital

You will drive prioritisation, align stakeholders and ensure development teams focus on the initiatives that generate the greatest business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, data experts and IT delivery teams to build digital solutions that support some of Halcyon Labs's most important strategic initiatives. How you will make an impact As Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business strategy and requirements into a transparent, prioritised and actionable product backlog. You will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring that digital solutions deliver measurable value while meeting governance, compliance and user requirements. Initially, your focus will be on the Life Cycle Management (LCM) initiative, with opportunities to take ownership of additional products and projects over time. The role is part of the Solutions, Insights & Support team and is a permanent position. Key responsibilities include • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clear prioritisation • Translate business priorities into actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria • Prioritise work based on business value, risk, dependencies and strategic objectives • Act as the primary business contact for IT delivery teams and external partners • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, communicate progress and drive successful adoption of solutions What will make you successful We are looking for a curious and driven professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys creating clarity while collaborating across business and technology domains. To succeed in this role, you will likely bring • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within digital, data, or IT environments • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured and prioritised requirements • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and driving decision-making • Experience working in a complex matrix environment, where solutions often require collaboration, influence and pragmatic decision-making across multiple functions and stakeholders • Understanding of data-intensive solutions, digital products and system integrations • Familiarity with governance, compliance or regulatory requirements in a business context • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Experience working in a large international organisation is considered an advantage Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
