📋 Description Own and maintain product backlog, prioritizing per strategy. Refine and validate user stories; ensure clear acceptance criteria. Lead sprint ceremonies and manage day-to-day scoping within the roadmap. Address delivery questions and make day-to-day decisions; escalate when needed. Collaborate with Product Manager to align priorities and flag risks. Engage with engineering in planning and refinement to remove blockers. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in product management. Experience in a scrum or agile development environment. Strong analytical skills; use data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration; build relationships with stakeholders and customers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. 🎁 Benefits Experience in tech or fast-paced environments. Familiarity with PM and development tools.
