Product Owner

Our Intelligent Middleware (IMW) is a robust and essential platform, but it’s ready for its next big evolution. We are looking for a restless, visionary Product Owner who thrives on transformation. We need a proactive driver who can navigate a complex ecosystem, align multiple teams, and convince stakeholders to jump on board with your ideas. Plus, we believe in working smart - you will support modern AI tools adoption into daily workflow to boost your efficiency, from shaping strategies to refining your backlog.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with other projects and stakeholders. Essential skill in creating a product vision and communicating it to internal and external partners as well as engineering teams. Proactive mindset and high engagement. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Daily tasks: - Creating, executing, and taking ownership of a product vision, including architecture simplification.
– Collaborating closely with other projects and key business partners to align goals and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
– Defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to maximize the value delivered by the development team.
– Acting as a bridge between technical engineering teams and key decision-makers.
