📋 Description Partner with the Product Manager to define and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned to Independently prioritize and manage the product backlog—including features, user stories, and Lead backlog refinement and requirements discussions, guide sprint planning, and actively Support life insurance conversion and modernization requirements, dependencies, and acceptance Coordinate validation, testing, cutover, and operational readiness with strict attention to policy Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar development Demonstrated strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), technical Proven track record of translating business strategy into actionable technical tasks and managing Solid Agile and Scrum mastery, including backlog prioritization, user story drafting, acceptance Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder negotiation, problem-solving, and data-driven Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken) with high communication skills for direct 🎁 Benefits 100% remote work from anywhere in LATAM.
