📋 Description Own the voice-of-customer loop for Bill Pay; capture and prioritize feedback. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate feedback into requirements. Own launch operations for new Bill Pay features from Alpha to GA. Ship UX improvements using AI; own backlog of friction reduction. Use AI to automate processes and speed up shipping with quality.
