Lead product operations and drive analytics for a fintech startup.
📋 Description Lead product operations across PMs, AI workflows, and insights. Drive launch operations and cross-functional GTM, adoption campaigns. Shape the product analytics platform and instrumentation (Heap, dashboards). Implement AI tooling to accelerate PRD drafting, research synthesis, sprint reporting. Partner with CTO's office on internal OS; influence product cadence. Work with a distributed team across US, Bengaluru, and London. 🎯 Requirements 5-8 years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or senior PM. AI-savvy; hands-on with AI tooling and agent workflows. Experience with Heap, Linear, Notion, and Customer.io. SQL proficiency to validate numbers. Experience running a Voice of Customer program or close with Insights. Comfortable in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment.
