Product Manager - (Technology)

Product Manager – Technology Position Overview The Product Manager – Technology will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, ensuring that product strategies and roadmaps are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities . The role will work closely with Engineering, IT, UX/UI, QA, Sales, and other stakeholders to successfully develop, launch, and continuously improve technology products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business and customer requirements. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle , from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, business requirements, and competitive insights to identify product opportunities. Translate business and customer requirements into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications . Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities. Work closely with Software Developers, Engineers, QA, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to ensure successful product delivery. Facilitate and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, adoption, and other relevant metrics . Coordinate product testing, validation, deployment, and release activities. Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Identify opportunities for product enhancements, automation, digital transformation, and technology innovation . Prepare product presentations, business cases, roadmaps, status reports, and performance updates for management. Manage product risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure products are designed with appropriate considerations for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and technical feasibility . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field . At least 5 years of experience in Product Management , preferably handling technology, software, digital, or enterprise products. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with software development and technology teams . Strong understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, cloud platforms, databases, system integration, mobile/web applications, and digital platforms . Experience in product roadmap development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and product analytics . Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholder Amenable to work onsite Malate Can start ASAP
