About the role
Top 3 Reasons To Join Us Competitive salary based on ability. SHUI & PIT based on full paid salary. Mid-autumn gift, wedding & maternity bonus. The Job About Hotel Link Hotel Link builds cloud-based technology that helps independent hotels and accommodation providers manage and grow their business online. Our platform spans a Channel Manager (CM), Property Management System (PMS), Booking Engine, and integrated Payment capabilities, connecting properties to OTAs, distribution channels, and payment processing in a single ecosystem. About the Role We're hiring a Product Manager to own the discovery, definition, and delivery of features across one of our core product lines: Channel Manager, PMS, and Payments. You'll translate the operational realities of hoteliers into shipped product, working at the intersection of engineering, design, integrations partners (OTAs, payment gateways), and go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll manage a backlog, write requirements, coordinate releases across a connected product suite, and measure outcomes. Responsibilities Own and prioritize the backlog for your product area (CM, PMS, or Payments), balancing hotelier needs, partner/channel requirements, and technical constraints. Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, particularly for integration-heavy work where third-party API behavior (OTAs, payment processors) defines what's possible. Coordinate delivery across the product and engineering teams: tracking progress against the roadmap, surfacing risks early, and removing blockers to keep releases on schedule. (PM owns priorities and scope; engineering owns estimates and technical execution.) Drive alignment within the product team on your area: facilitating planning, keeping stakeholders in sync, and ensuring everyone is working from a single, current source of truth. Manage the full lifecycle of OTA and channel integrations (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) and payment gateway connections, working closely with partner technical contacts. Run agile ceremonies with engineering and triage bugs, sync issues, and partner-reported defects, which are frequent in distribution and payments. Conduct customer research with hoteliers and property managers; synthesize operational pain points (overbookings, rate parity, reconciliation, settlement) into product requirements. Define and track success metrics: channel connection health, booking sync reliability, payment authorization/settlement rates, PMS adoption, using analytics and direct data queries. Leverage AI tools throughout the product workflow — for research synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, data querying, prototyping, and accelerating routine product work. Coordinate cross-functional launches across support, onboarding, and regional sales teams, accounting for a geographically distributed, often non-technical customer base. Your Skills and Experience At least 2–3 years of product management experience. Demonstrated ownership of at least one feature or integration from definition through launch. Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. You will work daily with international partners, OTA technical contacts, and a global customer base; precise communication is non-negotiable. Proven, hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalents) applied to real product work: research, writing, analysis, and prototyping. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. Comfort with data: defining metrics, basic analysis, and reading API logs/responses. SQL is a plus. Working knowledge of agile/scrum and tools such as Jira or Linear. Customer-centric mindset with evidence of conducting or contributing to user research. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality technology, travel tech, OTA distribution, or payments. Familiarity with hotel distribution concepts: ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory), rate plans, channel mapping, two-way sync, OTA messaging/booking APIs. Exposure to payment flows: tokenization, authorization, capture, refunds, settlement, chargebacks, and PCI considerations. Experience integrating AI into product features themselves (not just personal workflow) e.g., AI-assisted support, automation, or recommendations. Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or hospitality field or equivalent practical experience.
