Role Summary: Product Manager, Payments We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager, Payments to help shape the roadmap, drive launches, and lead adoption efforts for Pay Your Way (“PYW”) - a business unit, B2B(2C) product and platform inside SYW. The PYW payments platform, including core payments APIs, serves the needs of businesses ranging from small startups to the large consumer platforms. You’ll partner with the Product team to understand and help prioritize the needs of our most technical users, and shape the launch of our core APIs and Implementations. You Are: A storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills Data-oriented. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market Organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track Passionate about product and tech. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.
