Product Manager - Payment Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Treasury product roadmap, managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Analyze potential payment providers to enhance product offerings. Foster support for the product vision among internal teams and key stakeholders. Monitor industry developments and regulatory shifts to guide product strategy. Collect and synthesize requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Establish and track metrics to gauge product success. Develop training resources for Sales teams and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging. Direct integration efforts with fiat banking partners and payment service providers. Work with engineering and operations teams to facilitate secure integrations. Partner with finance to deliver essential tools for financial reporting. Maintain relationships with external vendors for deployment and support. Participate in industry events to promote products. Travel as necessary and undertake additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on payments or fintech. Proven success in launching banking integrations or payment products. Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including investment banking and digital wallets. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent project management and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively.
