Product Manager/Lead – Fixed Connectivity – Internet

Product Manager — Fixed-Wired Internet & Connectivity Join us to lead the development and end-to-end management of our fixed-wired internet services and connectivity product portfolio. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept and business case to launch, pricing, and ongoing optimization—translating network infrastructure (IP, fiber, subsea) into compelling, market-ready products for local and global customers. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for fixed-wired internet and connectivity offerings (broadband, fiber, data services). Translate infrastructure capabilities (IP networking, subsea cable systems, terrestrial fiber) into differentiated customer value propositions. Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product-market fit and prioritization. Own business cases, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans for local and global markets. Partner with Engineering, Network, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality launches on time and within budget. Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics; oversee delivery and iterate based on data and feedback. Monitor product performance (adoption, revenue, margins, churn, NPS) and execute continuous optimization. Manage vendor/partner relationships and explore strategic partnerships to expand capabilities and reach. Champion the voice of the customer and ensure compliance with relevant telecom standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5–7 years’ product management experience in telecommunications or internet services across local and global markets. Strong understanding of telecommunications and networking technologies: broadband, fiber optics, IP networking, and data communications; familiarity with subsea cable systems is a plus. Proven track record of launching and managing successful products end-to-end. Commercial acumen with experience balancing pricing, cost, and customer value; hands-on pricing strategy for multiple markets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong data analysis capability and comfort with metrics-driven decisions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
