📋 Description Own the fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including customer fund Select and integrate payment rails based on speed, reversibility, and cost — ACH, FedWire Lead assessments, commercial negotiations, and technical integrations for direct bank relationships Build and optimize payment infrastructure across markets, ensuring maximum rail coverage and uptime Select and integrate payment rails based on transaction-speed requirements (T+0 vs T+1) to support Structure banking partnerships to maintain near-zero-downtime liquidity for mass user pay-outs and 🎯 Requirements Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform — Deep hands-on knowledge of payment rails across multiple markets — US (ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP) Experience with direct bank integrations (not just white-label PSPs) and commercial partnership 7–10+ years of product leadership, with at least 7 focused on payment infrastructure, core banking Demonstrated success building and scaling payment rails in a high-volume, real-time environment.
