Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

📋 Description Lead the design of structured products (principal-protected, yield strategies, and custom payoffs). Develop short- and medium-term roadmaps considering market, lifecycle, competition, and resources. Drive growth through data-driven thinking to increase AUM and user growth. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle; coordinate with devs, designers, quants, risk, marketing, and ops. Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) and enhance the user journey for structured products. Monitor crypto structured product market trends; translate insights into actionable product initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Keen interest in blockchain and finance; solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts. 3+ years product management experience; bachelor’s degree or above; math/econ/quant preferred. Strong product design and project management, with data analysis and growth strategies. Rigorous logical thinking, strong teamwork, and excellent communication; cross-department coordination. Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude towards users and the team.
