📋 Description The plumbing of the exchange: order management, matching, margin, risk engine. Lending/borrowing across spot and derivatives; millions of trades daily. Work with Legal/Compliance to design systems that meet strict finance regs. Ship from spec to launch; coordinate across engineering, design and ops. Define 3–12 month direction and product roadmap for Core Trading. Build data and monitoring layers for situational awareness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science. 5+ years experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or TradFi.
