Product Manager (Digital / Agile / Government Projects)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product delivery, from discovery and validation through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. This is a consultancy and client-facing role where you will own product outcomes while coaching client Product Managers and working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, validation, delivery to post-launch optimisation Identify key assumptions and design experiments to validate product hypotheses Define product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing Drive story mapping, user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning Track delivery KPIs, dependencies, and risks Define go-to-market strategies, analytics, and measurement frameworks Analyse post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements Coach and mentor client Product Managers / Product Owners Facilitate workshops, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle Proven experience in product discovery and end-to-end product delivery Strong knowledge of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping , and outcome-based roadmaps Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers / Product Owners , ideally in a consultancy or client-facing environment Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Familiarity with the Singapore Government ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or government projects is advantageous To Apply or find out more information on this role, please email us or send your updated resume to: [email protected] Lynn Tay (Reg.
