Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on product scope, objectives and delivery expectations. Research and Discovery Conduct market, competitor and user research. Turn research findings into actionable product and positioning recommendations. Speak with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, workflows and unmet needs. Convert feedback into well-defined product improvements rather than standalone feature requests. Product Operations Establish lightweight processes for product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
