📋 Description Own CRM and lifecycle roadmap and backlog across B2B2C platform. Manage CRM capabilities: email, SMS, automated journeys. Lead CRM strategy as SME; evangelize best practices; align with executives. Lead cross-functional Agile team; use Jira/Atlassian for delivery and status reporting. Conduct enterprise customer discovery; identify problems; define value. Write user stories and acceptance criteria; ship end-to-end lifecycle experiences. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years PM experience delivering software in Agile. Experience owning CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation at scale (SMS, email). Strong customer research; translate insights into requirements and user stories. Prioritization and stakeholder management; impact vs effort decisions. Cross-functional partnering with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and GTM. Jira and Atlassian tools experience.
