📋 Description Collaborate with Compliance, Eng, and Design to improve the user journey to KYC. Plan the product roadmap for compliance-related features. Drive data-driven decisions via quantitative analysis and customer insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to scale the business while maintaining UX. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or Design/HCI. Experience building fintech compliance/KYC features and flows. Familiar with onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making. Experience in a data-driven environment and KPI-driven work.
