📋 Description Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alpaca's account opening and identity Manage the lifecycle of various account structures, including fully disclosed, omnibus, and omnibus Develop and enhance features such as the ability to open accounts for entities, create sub-accounts Lead the strategy for KYC and identity verification, supporting various models from partner-led KYC Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional business teams to navigate the complexities of Author detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories to ensure clarity and 🎯 Requirements At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B, fintech, or complex Experience with products related to user onboarding, identity verification (KYC/AML), or account A strong understanding of the operational and regulatory complexities in financial services Proven ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and work effectively with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track product performance and make 🎁 Benefits Competitive Salary & Stock Options Health Benefits New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500 Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card
