Job Title: Product Manager Location: Remote in India Position Overview: Our client is seeking a mid-level Product Manager with a strong technical background to join their dynamic team and directly support the Director of Products. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management and project management, particularly within the network management or technology sector. This role involves creating and managing the infrastructure necessary to clarify and drive success in their product development efforts. You will act as the glue that brings together various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and keeping projects on track. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining and refining the product development process. Create and manage Confluence spaces for product requirements, features, and roadmaps, ensuring clear and organized documentation. Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure product development stays on schedule. Coordinate and manage product-related meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and decisions made. Conduct market research to support product planning and development efforts. Gather and organize feedback from customers and stakeholders, translating it into actionable insights. Help develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and timelines. Support the Director of Products in various tasks to drive product development success.
