Product Manager

Role Overview The Product Manager will coordinate the development and delivery of the platform and its connected modules. Reporting to the Head of Product and working with cross-functional teams, this role turns product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and helps move the product from concept through release. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the development and delivery of the platform and its connected modules, translating product vision into a clear and prioritized roadmap. Own and continuously refine the product backlog, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and release cycles, tracking progress and surfacing risks and blockers early. Coordinate work across multiple modules and teams, managing dependencies and sequencing so platform changes do not disrupt downstream services. Participate directly in AI-driven product development by using AI coding tools to prototype features, ship improvements, and move work forward. Build and maintain internal tools that streamline product and team workflows. Maintain a strong working understanding of the platform architecture, including identity, tenancy, module provisioning, the launcher, and module connectivity. Gather, evaluate, and prioritize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, turning it into concrete product improvements. Define and track product and delivery metrics, and communicate progress clearly to leadership. Maintain accurate product documentation, release notes, and internal communications. Collaborate across engineering, design, and commercial teams to keep product delivery aligned with business goals. Contribute to the evolution of the platform into a broader ecosystem of connected modules and services. About You Experience managing technical software, SaaS, or platform products from roadmap through release. Strong command of backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and prioritization. Ability to understand platform architecture and make sound product decisions across interconnected systems. Hands-on comfort with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping tools. Demonstrated ability to coordinate dependencies across engineering, design, commercial, and other product teams. Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions visible. Strong judgment, organization, and ownership in a fast-moving environment. What success looks like The roadmap and backlog remain clear, current, and aligned with company priorities. Teams understand what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured. Dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers are identified and addressed early. Releases are coordinated reliably across modules without creating avoidable downstream disruption. Customer and stakeholder feedback consistently becomes measurable product improvement.
