About the role We’re looking for a Product Manager who is energized by driving measurable improvements to conversion funnels and the end-to-end lifecycle journey. This is a hands-on, execution-first role at a fast-moving legal lead generation company actively investing in AI and automation. You will own the end-to-end claimant journey — from the moment a potential claimant clicks on our ad, through a lead form and subsequent conversation, through to a signed retainer and account verification. They will make sure we have quantifiable data on conversion at each step and be accountable for improvement. Whether a potential claimant who fills out a form actually becomes a signed client is on you. That means owning the experience, the messaging, the timing, the channel logic, and the results. You'll draft, you'll align stakeholders across departments including executive leadership, and you'll ship. Then you'll watch the numbers and do it again. The roadmap and backlog track exists to make sure the systems supporting that journey are always getting better. A dedicated Scrum Master owns ceremony health — your job is making sure the right work is defined, prioritized, and ready to build. What you'll do Claimant Lifecycle Own the full claimant journey lifecycle — every stage, touchpoint, and handoff across both human and automated interactions Map every stage of the claimant journey, identify where claimants drop off, stall, or disengage, and drive improvements across systems and teams to close the gap Define the ideal claimant experience at each stage and work cross-functionally to close the gap between ideal and actual Partner with AI Engineering and Technology to improve the systems, automations, and workflows that move claimants through the journey Draft communications (including SMS and email) and drive cross-functional alignment to finalize, approve, and lock Adapt messaging for different tort campaigns claimant profile and doc requirements Monitor response rates, drop-off, and conversions, using data to drive improvements Translate intake feedback and claimant behavior into communication improvements Own the testing and iteration cycle: hypothesize, ship, measure, adjust Roadmap & Agile Leadership Develop, own, and maintain a prioritized product roadmap in ClickUp, aligned to company goals and stakeholder priorities Drive roadmap reviews; surface blockers and scope risks before they become problems Prioritize using value-based criteria with data-driven support Define and track success metrics, publishing roadmap status reports on a defined cadence Backlog Ownership Own backlog content end-to-end including user stories, acceptance criteria, order, priority, and definition of done Write developer-ready tickets before sprint assignment including story, context, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and performance expectations Review acceptance criteria with the assigned developer before the sprint starts Own user acceptance testing (UAT): write the test plan, coordinate testers, sign off on release readiness Resolve readiness issues before sprint planning closes, escalating issues with a clear recommendation Request Intake & Discovery Review every incoming request for completeness and resolve gaps Proactively conduct stakeholder interviews to surface requirements Maintain a request intake process so nothing falls through the cracks Sprint Reporting Author sprint executive report covering launched task impacts and rollover rationale Review and approve sprint release notes before publish, adding business context and reframing technical language for non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Demonstrated experience owning a conversion funnel or end-to-end customer/user lifecycle with accountability for drop-off, messaging, and measurable outcomes Experience mapping and improving multi-stage customer or patient journeys — including handoffs between systems, teams, and channels Proven ability to drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment on content or messaging decisions
