Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and stakeholders across teams. Learn from data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of product management experience delivering commercial, customer-facing software. Proven success shipping enterprise SaaS products, ideally within CRM, CX, or adjacent domains. Strong understanding of user workflows, system design, and data-driven product development. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product storytelling skills.
