Own the product roadmap and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance telephony SaaS solutions for dealerships.
Product Manager Location: Remote (US-Wide) The Opportunity Our client is a premier automotive communication intelligence platform that transforms how dealerships manage their most valuable asset: the phone call. We are seeking a strategic Product Manager with a specialized understanding of Telephony and VoIP to own the roadmap for their core communication technology. In this role, you aren’t just managing a phone system; you are building the SaaS infrastructure that captures data, drives AI insights, and powers the customer experience for thousands of dealerships nationwide. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Fully own the product lifecycle, from high-level roadmap strategy to detailed backlog management and PRD creation. Technical Execution: Work daily within an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ship high-quality features.
