Product Manager

Salary: $121000 - 160000 per year Requirements: We typically look for a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of product management experience, ideally with a record of successful product launches. We consider CSPO certification and Agile/Scrum experience an advantage. We prefer familiarity with CI/CD-adjacent workflows and structured approval processes from ideation to production. Responsibilities: We develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and market demand. We build and maintain the product roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and feature releases. We conduct market research, collect feedback, and analyze trends to surface opportunities and risks. We collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional partners to support alignment and successful launches. We define and document product requirements based on market needs, user feedback, and business objectives. We use AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements drafting, story creation, and UAT planning. We guide initiatives through a structured development lifecycle, ensuring each phase meets quality standards before moving forward. We maintain key artifacts such as problem briefs, PRDs, and UAT plans to keep stakeholders aligned. We define KPIs tied to clinical and business outcomes and use data to support continuous improvement. We evaluate whether AI-accelerated development efforts are delivering measurable value. We advocate for a user-centered experience that is seamless and intuitive. We communicate product features and benefits internally and externally as a product evangelist. We manage products through the full lifecycle, from concept to retirement or iteration. We continuously improve our development process by refining phase gates, templates, and AI-assisted workflows.
