Product Manager

📋 Description Support the definition, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and systems to improve task management and patient communications Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., patient support, operations, clinical teams) to identify needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements Help drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals Provide general assistance and project-based support for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey Build both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans that keep stakeholders informed of project progress Partner with cross functional teams to develop, test, and deliver high quality products and features that meet the needs of both internal users and our end users
