About the role
As a Product Manager, you will own your domain from discovery to growth, managing product features end-to-end through the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ship features and drive adoption. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.

📋 Description Own your domain from fuzzy to growth. Take an ambiguous problem space through discovery Get onsite, constantly. Distributors work in warehouses and on sales floors. Onsite visits Run genuinely iterative development with customers in the loop. Think big, ship small, put working Build hands-on with engineering, design, and data science to ship features and agentic workflows. Own adoption, not just launch. Run alphas and betas, push adoption across the installed base. Enable GTM. Give sales and CS the positioning, proof, and training they need. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years managing features end-to-end through the SDLC Early-stage startup experience (Seed through B or C) is a plus Real agile experience with judgment to adapt it Technical and AI collaboration: build alongside engineers and data scientists to deploy AI-centric Daily hands-on use of AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor Customer-facing range: comfortable in warehouse aisles and with VPs of Sales 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $130-160k + quarterly bonus and meaningful equity Company-sponsored 401(k) program Health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO + 10 company-paid holidays 12 weeks fully paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers Professional development support
